iPhone: open the wallpaper, press and hold it, and choose Add to Photos. Then go to Settings, Wallpaper, Add New Wallpaper, and pick it. Android: open the wallpaper, download it, then open Photos or Files, tap the image, and choose Set as wallpaper.
